On completion of the programme, graduates may decide to gain further experience in top establishments or are able to succeed in a junior supervisory or management positions at home or abroad.

This three year diploma program is for individual who are interested on a career in the business of Food &Beverage. Hotel Operations Programme
This City & Guilds based two year programme provides students with the relevant theory, skills and practical experience ideal for those wishing to make their career in the field of hospitality operations. The programme covers the disciplines of Food and Beverage Services, Reception Services and Accommodation Services. On successful completion of the programme, graduates may decide to gain further experience in top establishments or enter into junior positions in the areas of specialisation which they have studied.
International Hotel School Culinary Arts programmes
A culinary arts programme combining education and training in a one or two year intensive culinary programme. It provides students with the relevant theory, background and practical cookery skills ideal for those wishing to make their career in the field of culinary arts. Students are placed in industry for their work intergraded learning (practicals).
International Hotel School Culinary Arts programmes with CTH Culinary Arts Qualification
Students have the option of adding the CHT Culinary qualification to the Culinary Arts programmes offered at International Hotel School. The CTH qualification was developed in partnership with Gordon Ramsay’s Tante Marie Culinary Academy . This programme combines education and training in a one or two year intensive culinary programme. It provides students with the relevant theory, background and practical cookery skills ideal for those wishing to make their career in the field of culinary arts. Students are placed in industry for their work intergraded learning (practicals), and therefore leave job-ready.
City & Guilds Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking (Patisserie)
This exciting programme will provide the knowledge and experience to move effortlessly between the most basic puff pastry to complex plated desserts. Covered in this programme is: cake baking, decorative cake icing, deserts and basic bread making
City & Guilds Advanced Diploma in Food Preparation and Cookery Supervision
This management based programme focuses on how to run and control a kitchen, from cost controls and menu planning to quality control. The course structure includes theory and practical cookery lessons, with work integrated learning spent in industry learning from kitchen managers at food service management properties, gaining knowledge and skills on the job from industry experts
Traineeship Study at International Hotel School
In our national Traineeship programmes, our students 'earn-while-they-learn' in top establishments all over the country. The courses are modelled on the apprenticeship formula, where the trainee follows a planned journey through the various operating departments while studying with The International Hotel School via online learning basis. Our two or three year programmes are focused on hospitality management or professional cookery. Trainees are employees of the property at which they are based for the practical component of their traineeship.

International Hotel School (I H S) has developed a variety of Short Courses designed for Hospitality personnel who wish to reinforce and refresh their knowledge, or to those who wish to expand their managerial skills into new areas of interest.
