Björn Borg received the world’s first-ever Healthy Business Award during the HR and leadership seminar Healthy Business in Stockholm.

OriginalSteps.com found out more about the achievement from HR Director at Björn Borg AB, Lena Nordin.

How important is the Healthy Business Award for Björn Borg?

The award is a fantastic acknowledgement of our work and it is a great honour to receive it, but the most important thing is that our employees are stronger than what they were a year ago. This is based on the activities that we do together to become a stronger team. We focus on integrating personal "get stronger" goals into our performance management toolbox. Making sure to have good smart monthly goals and then do a lot of different activities that enable all individuals to reach their goals. Activities can for instance be our weekly sports-hour, bi-annual fitness tests, educations and team activities.
