Nowadays school and college curriculums around the world are often debated. High school graduates make the transition to college or in some cases become college dropouts. We have to ask ourselves if it is the actual curriculum that needs to be questioned or the teaching/lecturing staff. Sure we love our teachers (and in most cases our lecturers) - without them the world would make little sense, but what if we had teachers with a bit more character?

To get a clearer picture, let’s find out what a day with the ultimate or dream team teaching faculty would be like!

7:30am: Assembly -  yes the daily ritual begins! Whilst seated you look up to the headmaster, none other than Barrack Obama, he drills the ethics of life and the values of society into you. He promotes that a focus on education will lead to the creation of a better future generation and a more capable group of leaders. Deputy headmaster Yoda, decides to further enlighten you on the use of one’s mind. Finally a round up by Mr Miyagi on the benefits of self defence as a way to not only protect yourself but also polish a car.

Heart felt and motivated, the scholars and students leave the assembly with the ambition to take on the world.

8:00am Physical education begins- with the master in-charge, one Arnold Schwarzenegger shouting, “…come on, run faster!” as you hustle around the school's athletics track.

By 9am, the world feels like a dizzy illusion, with half of your class mates throwing up their breakfast whilst the rest head to the nurse’s office. Arnold walks away, training whistle in hand, with a wry smirk on his face.

Between 9-12:30, English, History and Mathematics, is lectured respectively by Robin Williams, Indiana Jones and Dr. Sheldon Cooper from the Big Bang Theory!

12:30-13:30: Lunch break, a time frame of gossip, attitude and last minute stress on homework assignments due in the next couple hours.

The next two hours is a selection of Drama with none other than Al Pacino, Science repeated by Dr Cooper, Spanish by Sofía Vergara and a questionable Antonio Banderas, a biology lesson with the staff of the emergency room from Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital and of course an arts and culture lesson with Steven Spielberg.

The end of the day has come and as you get into your Drivers Ed car with Michael Schumacher, you race around the streets knowing that school/university could not just be any better! With a dream team of teachers and lecturers it’s an all inclusive adventure education!
